English is the company's main language, but if you contact with clients, it's necessary to have at least a bilingual French level either spoken or written. Main tasks: · Customer Service (B2B), Presales and Postsales tasks. · Incidence management of different range and complexity. · Payments management of different accounts and administrative tasks realted to the position. · Reception of cargo orders from customers and coordination of cargo needs with the vehicles that the company has. · Orders exits' and entries' control, keeping a record of them. · Billing process management (invoices' issuance, revision and correction in case it's necessary). The initial contract is up to 6 months with the possibility to extend up to 18 months, and at the end of this period, there is the possibility to join the company's staff.
